Quality Management System
The company’s Quality Management System (QMS), established, documented, implemented, updated and managed by decision of the MANAGEMENT, has the aim of continuously improving the effectiveness of internal company processes in such a way as to:
cover the requirements of the reference standard UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015;
effectively implement the quality policy and objectives;
ensure compliance of the service offered with the requirements specified in the QMS.
The QMS is used as the main tool in the application of the concepts of continuous improvement and the interaction of individual processes; for the purpose of the effectiveness of the system itself.
